Deputy President William Ruto yesterday opened an ultra modern market in Gatundu Town, built at a cost of Sh 312 million.
The market will shelter more than 500 traders in the stalls, and an
additional 100 in the open air space. On the ground to receive Ruto was
Kiambu Governor William Kabogo.
Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua
has dominated the news for all the good reasons, and it's promising to
finally see other governors follow suit. Hopefully we'll continue to see
a lot of this healthy competition.
